Data collected

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect your name, email address, and phone number for the purpose of responding to your enquiry. This data is not used for marketing, is not sold to third parties, and is deleted within 12 months of the last correspondence.

Server access logs (IP address, browser type, page visited, timestamp) are retained for up to 30 days for security and diagnostic purposes. They are not linked to personal identity.

We use a session cookie to store your cookie-consent preference. No tracking or analytics cookies are set without your explicit consent.

Legal basis

Processing of contact-form data is based on the legitimate interest of responding to your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Log data is processed under our legitimate interest in site security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
